An unpaid order is held for 24 hours and then lapses; nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. A paid order that could not be placed — the card sold out between ordering and paying — stays here as Paid until support places or refunds it.

A username and a password. No email address, no phone number, no document. None of them can be added later either, so there is nothing to recover an account with: write the password down before you pay for anything.
There is no account to top up. Each machine is bought with its own order: you configure it, the order is priced from the published catalogue, and one crypto payment settles that order. The line items you approved at checkout are the invoice, and they are kept for as long as the account exists.
