An order belongs to an account, so we know whose machine it is. A username and a password is the whole account: no email address, no phone number, no document. Nothing can recover it either, so write the password down before you pay.

3 to 32 characters: letters, digits, dot, dash or underscore.
Twelve characters minimum, hashed with PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA-256 at 600,000 iterations.

Nothing on this page is stored on our side until you place the order, and no price is ever taken from your browser: the API re-prices the configuration from the published catalogue and refuses anything that does not match it.

Why is there no basket, and no balance to top up?

Because a GPU term is not a subscription to a wallet. You are buying one machine for one period, so the order says which machine and which period, and one payment settles it. That is easier to reason about for you and easier to reconcile for us: every payment has exactly one order behind it, and every order has exactly one payment.

Can I still pay from a balance?

Yes, if you already have one. Accounts that hold a balance from an earlier deposit can settle an order from it in one click, and the button appears above when the balance covers the total. New accounts never need one.

What if I want several machines?

Place one order per machine. They provision independently, so a sold-out card in one region never holds up the rest. For clusters of 16 GPUs and up on one InfiniBand fabric, ask for a quote instead.

Do prices change after I order?

No. The total is locked when the order is placed and stays locked for the whole term, including the renewal price if you leave automatic renewal on. Catalogue prices move; yours does not until the term ends.
